A full day of snowshoeing where we explore some of the backcountry areas of Mount Buffalo as well as marked snowshoe trails. We will also discuss snow camping and other backcountry access and safety issues such as the importance of understanding severe weather (when not to go) plus avoiding or preparing for avalanche risk will also be included.

• Equipment: Snowshoe hire is included. We will have these ready for you at the Cresta Valley car park/meeting place.
